Memory

However, it’s important to know where to turn these machines on and off, specially the memory. After all, sometimes it really hurts. But we can’t let it permanently off, as it’s also this machine that can protect us from future suffering and, thus, make dreaming possible.
Memory: maybe the most painful and protective of the time machines.
